The June 2026 housing market continued to demonstrate a healthy and steadily evolving real estate market across York, Lancaster and Chester Counties.

The three-county PRAR region recorded:

  • 907 new listings
  • 637 pending sales
  • 668 closed sales
  • 2,066 homes available for sale
  • 3.7 months of inventory

Inventory continues to increase, providing buyers with additional choices while maintaining stable home values throughout much of the region.

“The market continues moving toward a more balanced environment,” said Billie Prater, CEO of the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS®. “More inventory benefits buyers while sellers continue to see strong demand for well-priced homes.”
